Forum Developer

Hey everyone,
I am wanting to hire a forum developer for the site I run/manage (VirtualHabbo).
The developer must be able to code vBulletin skins and know their way around the ACP and files.

This person must be a trusted person in the habbo community, and I would love to see some people vouching.
