"Make Homepage" is suppose to make the website your homepage within the browser you use. But it doesn't work for me at this moment in time, I'm sure it will be fixed shortly.

It's not actually possible to make a "set to homepage" button anymore, so I've just removed this link altogether. You were correct to report it Matt, thanks :)
