Radio keeps stopping

Not sure why but my radio keeps cutting off randomly. Doesn't happen when i use Habboxlive.com but does with the new V6. Even if i click play it won't start again, i have close close all Habbox.com tabs and reopen Habbox and then the radio works.

Seems to have been happening most when i've been updating rares.

Using Mac OS X version of Firefox.

It plays fluidly for me on Firefox OS X (which version are you using?)

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

whenever there is a change over it stops for me, and I don't think this is just bad changeovers, it always happens.

From experience in the radio department remelkid, it's probably a problem with their changeovers. If the next DJ doesn't have the exact same bitrate as the one before them it happens or if the changeover was really bad then it also happens.

i get this to, in the middle of a song and i reload and its the same dj..

It appears to be a changeover issues, as it seemed fine to me on one of them. Some DJs weren't really good at doing them, but this was easily masked by the old player that didn't show it. Although I could be completely wrong.

As for your complaint of the radio stopping all the time, it is probably the DJ buffering and not handling the bitrate, which is silly because you got to have a pretty junky computer not to be able to handle 96 kb/s. The HabboxLive player is coded in a way that kind of masks the problem as it never shows the buffering, whilst this player is more like the one on the forum.

I don't think this is a site problem. It's the DJs. As Grig & Matt said - it's the DJs having bad connections and buffering...but I could be wrong.
