I don't think that's a bug! It's a random rotating image, it acts as "Habbox Today" as you may well remember it.

It's supposed to loop through an assorted amount of images at an interval of ten seconds.

I am currently in the process of rewriting this so both the time inbetween as well as the transitions are more fluid.

I think Alex in another thread said that it would look nicer if the image kinda faded upwards and then another came in. Much better than just instantly disappearing and then another taking it's place :) But yeahhhhh, I didn't see a comps one earlier but like millions of news + articles :P

It now starts on a random image but loops through a list so each department gets fair airtime and I've made the transition direct so it doesn't look like its just reloading a webpage each time it changes.
