View Full Version : HabboxLive :(
Well tbh this is disgusting...
Monday, there was like what, 20 listeners? Loads of downtime... and now.. there's over 100 listeners. That's excellent! Well done to Jess and Scotty for all their events and stoof and congrats to all the DJs, it's nice to see HxL going up. Even if Jess does threaten me with a pitchfork if I don't tune in :rolleyes::rolleyes:

When I looked a while ago there was 135 listeners, I couldn't believe it! That's a really high peak for these days, and I'm confident it will continue to be beaten. :D Habboxlive staff have definitely been putting in a lot of effort lately to include lots of competitions and exciting things to keep listeners interested etc. The amount of giveaways/events being ran on the client is on the up and this is really reflecting on listener numbers. It really is great to see, especialy after we were worrying what the effects of the radio being offline for so many days would do. A big thanks to everyone at Habboxlive! :)

Yeah it's been doing a lot better recently which is amazing especially after the downtime, shows the events and giveaways and things do pay off (with the help of a new layout probably haha). Congratulations to all the DJs and especially to those that held giveaways and events to help out with it all! :)

I'll love to see Habbox becoming what it used to be. The problem with most fansites these days, not every staff take care and join in, like they used to. And we need more advertisment games, like block the DJ in hallways, or find the DJ by saying habbox.com tune in, etc, which i hardly see in DJ's... but could help bring in listeners if they did.
Also, we need special shows which I remember.. from management, like x factor, or win a throne, sort of big special event on the radio.

Believe me, if we had the funds things like this would be done, however since Habbox offers so many other community orientated things where prizes are needed for things ran by other departments etc it's sometimes hard to get those kind of funds all the time.
This being said, the community side of things has been increasing lately and I have noticed far more on air competitions/giveaways etc being organised by DJ's themselves. We will continue to work on this, and I will look into ensuring there are some big style events from general management too on the radio.

Yup my show peaked at 143 today, and yesterday James got 121 or something and between times the listeners have been consistently above 50, just made a thread about this in the HxL forum congraulating everyone, it's been a great end to the week which started, honestly, quite badly :D

Lets not try point out who's getting the most listeners. Although you present alone it is a team effort.

I've got to admit, for the past few days i've been saying on MSN to people that HxL listeners look really high recently. And yeah obviously when there is a big event they peak, but even when no event is on the listeners seem to be higher than usual.
Also since v6 was released i've found myself tuning in, i don't know why either :S When i used to go on habbox.com before i used to pause HxL straight away because it annoyed me, but now i listen :S
Strange.

Because any time you reload a new page the bloody thing doesn't stay paused and continues to play lol

Well done to Jess and Scotty as well as the DJs of course! I noticed they started to get more listeners when v6 was realised, then all the giveaways just improved them more :)

I think v6 will be a great help in attraction to Habbox and the other services we offer. The site just looks so much more attractive and professional than the previous version and if I am to be honest, I can seriously see HabboxForum getting even bigger and HabboxLive continuing to grow! I just think the new version is am amazing chance for us to be the very best out there!
Well done to all the HabboxLive staff! Even before v6 I was noticing rises in listeners, good on you guys! x

Well done all, keep up the good work, I try my hardest to tune in as much as I can ;)
I think with the release of v6, HxL has capitalized to the full in terms of getting events etc. It is great to see Habbox back to the numbers I was used to in my youth (LOL). Obviously it can go much further, but as long as this is maintained it is fantastic.
that's good for these days even i am tuning in now and i hate habbo haha

Great to see numbers going up.
Even at this late hour theres a decent bit of listeners.
I might start listening more. Seems the song choices have improved a bit too.

If there's any songs you want on don't forget you can request them and normally they will get played!!
