I was searching through Puhekupla & Noticed a rather large easter egg and looks like a teleport of some sort, so perhaps Habbo is working on the easter furni for this year : D

If you haven't noticed already, its an advertisement furniture as it has the 'ads_' before it.

I saw them in a database and uploaded them to a private server I use to test new furni with mates, :P There cool, as for the SunnyD Thing, It doesnt work. Its just there LOL
