Rare Values Department Changes.

Mostly everything came in two's this time:

Cameron!? and =Lizzy have both resigned as Rare Values Reporter, thanks for all your hard work you two!

Yuxin and BOOMItsWoodsy have both returned to the department as Rare Values Reporters, welcome back :)

Samanfas and Ouft have both earned themselves a promotion to Expert Rare Values Reporters, well done.

Document and @DEZ@ are no longer Rare Values Reporters. We would like to thank them for their time in the department and wish them good luck in the future.

22andy223 is now a Trialist Rare Values Reporter and will be spending 2 weeks in the department on trial, good luck Andy!
