In-client wallhack

So basically I seen a video of the use of a wall-hack in client, from what I can see the way its done is by activating a new texture pack for the time that the person holds the button, has anybody seen/used this?

yeah it could be useful in multiplayer because you cant use that thingy program to find all the dungeons etc

Or finding peoples hidden chests which was the intention I was thinking of :p
