If you use it illegal to start off with, they will contact you or your datacentre at some point and get it taken down, happened to my friend

ipb dont seem to be botherd tho, beacuse there is a site that I no is illegal as my brother downloaded it for the owner of the site lol, and i reported it a few months ago and its still up and they aint been contacted

if you add ipsreport=1 to the end it you cannot tell if it is legal or illegal from looking at the code it outputs. ;)

Edit: This is for IPB 2.0.4 (I am not sure about the other versions).
