Sorry for spam, or if you consider this spam but why dont you just craft your runes? Im only combat 13 and Im making 81 airs per 27 ess. Its really fast and easy and It costs nothing.

the higher lvl you get the more airs you make per ess. like for every 1 ess I make 3 airs. check www.runehq.com
