Site Skin temporarily Disabled.

When you give a monkey new tools, they are bound to break things. Hoteluser our new Developments Manager has just broken the site skin :'(

It's been temporarily disabled for now and I've set the lovely summer skin as default. He'll let you know when he fixes it (dw it won't be gone long!)
