The forum on the navigator isn't really right there for people to click and check it out. I think the forum should be put on the front bit. :)

I suppose that is true to an extent however what you are seeing is the bit of the iceburg above the surface. Staff, as well as site administrators see a lot more pages to that, with massive sub, and sub sub menus too:

I did try to fit in both links on the main menu but it was a tight squeeze. Even if it was possible the paddings for each link would be too small to look nice.

Okay, fair play. But I do think you should look into having the Forum somewhere more pointed out.

Staff stuff doesn't need a big tab - I think having the main tabs for things users can actually see is somewhat more important.

I have to agree with this, partly. I think there should be a tab for the Forum.

What sort of fansites doesn't give the forum it's own tab :S shorten Staff Stuff to Staff and take it from there.

Also move that logout button, it should up in that top bar next to customise imo.
