I have quit botting as of yesterday. Since Aiden convinced me and has set me a goal, well its more of a rule. I have to play legit.

Current levels: (pure)

70 attack
80 strength (hard lol)
46 defence (46 doesn't level me, will be quested)
94 magic
any range level maybe 80 so i can do jad
what ever HP level i get.
52 prayer (will get 95 and do the quests for turmoil if i get the money for it.)

also need to get things like veng, barrows gloves, fire cape.

I know this goal isn't huge since the level are pretty close anyway but since im actually doing this i though it was reasonable.

i will also slowly work towards max combat.

i hate a hunting, agility and thieving with a passion :P the rest are alright and for quests i normally hate them but im quite enjoying doing them atm. lets see how long this lasts lol

almost 2000 i had about 1150 from 3000. took about 2 hours.

ty and i'd say its over estimated it really isn't hard, getting to jad isn't hard at all it just takes a good 90-105 mins then jad around 15 mins (depending on your levels) i'd say if you keep ontop of prayer switching and don't panic when the healers come, you'll be fine :)

It just takes practice and concentration... I failed a few times before I did it. In fact, someone else did it for me in the end (that was not long after it came out though)
Although since I've been back... It seems a lot easier? maybe it's because I have higher levels I guess.. I've done it twice recently for slayer, you just really have to concentrate on jad

now theres a 'method' to killing jad and the italy rock its kinda easy now, when jad first came out it took like 1 week for the first person to kill him.

I think i'm level 46 dungeoneering too. I thought they had updated it so you were able to complete the full dungeon but I got a room that I needed like 68 construction to get into was annoyed :(!! No, they'll still drop dragon. When you get to the rune defender, just bank it and use your adamant defender on the woman that stands outside the cyclops place.. I think that works anyway!

since you have your rune defender you should drop all other defenders aside from addy as they just take up bank space.

well in the first post of this thread is says my goal of turning my pure into a turmoil zerker and zerkers take a long time to make since you have to get barrows gloves (177qp's) torso, rune defenders, fire cape, 80 dung for a chaotic rapier (not needed but there cool). Then you hae to make the money for turmoil which is 200m (95 prayer) and finally getting the stats, im going for: 80 attack, 90 strength, 45 defence, 94 magic, 95 prayer, range idc about i never pk with it only used for getting my fire capes. Does that explain? lol

all my item goals are done now i have the torso.

Current goal: 99 strength. If i get bored on my way i'll stop and do some quests, summoning, dung or money making for turmoil and magic.

Since i don't have much of a life, i've worked out how many kills i need and ,i think i could get 99 strength in 2-3 weeks.

forgot i was training attack lol lucky im getting 80 attack for chaotic rapier.
training strength now going to get some more strength done before i finish off the last 3 quests later today :D

Got 128 kudos and fully restored the temple thingy in the missing my mummy quest so i have all the requirements for the curse of arrav and temple of senatist or w/e there called :P

I have done the first monster on the 5 monsters of RFD part 3 but im going to bed and i'll do the other 4 in the morning :D
