Fast mounts not any faster.

I've just hit level 40 and my mount isn't any faster! I've bought the Swift Frostsaber and I've done the Journeyman Riding but the mount isn't any faster! I know this because I went a certain distance on both mounts and they were the same speed, I'm definite it's not any faster! HELP!?

That's very odd. There was always a difference for me, unless it's a new bug. What was the name of your old mount? Are you sure that you aren't just mounting your old mount instead of the new one by mistake?

I'm definite it's a different mount. It's really annoying, I've been working really hard for 2 days to get level 40 and now it's screwing up!

you're probably mounting your old one, I'm sure out of everyone playing WoW you're the only one with a 60% epic mount..

There probably is a difference, you just aren't noticing it.
Check the character pane for your speed.

Well if you're mounting your epic mount and you can't tell the difference between the epic and normal mount I'd suggest visiting an optician because the game isn't bugging for just one out of 12,000,000 people.
