Ok I payed UK-Robbie on CHF to code my vb3 forum skin.

After I sent the money (arround 12-24 hours after) his paypal account got limited.

Now he won't code my skin?

He should still code it considering he had time (hours almost a day) to do something with the money?

He wont code it because he can't get money and I can;t despute because meMade me send it as a gift?

Considering it was limited after sending money he should still code it right? Considering it's his fault?

Thoughts?

It's 100% his fault for not upgrading his account.

You shouldn't of sent it as a gift to be honest - as you may of at least had a small change of getting the money back.

Good luck.

Yer but He received money before it was limited, therefore it has nothing to do with me. Therefore he should still code my skin.

Ring up PayPal and explain the situation. They are more likely to refund your money over the phone.

Bottom line:

You've lost 100% of your money.
He's lost 100% of his trustworthyness and his customers (If any) and doesn't get the money anyway.

Who wins? PayPal.
Who's fault? Yours.

You're most likely too young for a PayPal account and you're in violation of their TOS. You also marked it as a gift.

Two silly mistakes, you'll learn.. unfortunatly this lesson cost you.

Hardly too young for a PayPal account, I have a debit card and im 15 so whats the point not having a PayPal account, much easier to buy online and safer.

Well you need to be 18 to have a PayPal in order to not violate their terms and conditions

Couldn't put it better. It's just one of them things unfortunately. You'll learn for it to not happen next time.
