Can't open .exe file.

Wondering if anyone can help me, I bought 3D driving school (game) installed it and it worked. But for some reason now when i open the .exe it doesnt work, when i double click the .exe this comes up in firefox file:///C:/Program%20Files%20%28x86%29/3D-Fahrschule/manual/ende.htm

anyone know how i can fix this?

How can you possibly not have the right software to support executable files. It's after 12pm so bad luck buddy if it's an april fools!
