This has been like this for ages, its just old trax machines with already loaded music. Nothing special

American Idol and some rare trax have always worked..

They all used to play if they had music in them even after the Trax was removed. All mine used to work until we merged over, so I guess it's Trax that was originally made on the USA hotel work (?).
