Forgot pass

I did the habbo help tool to recover my pass, when is the email likely to come?

ive done it 3 times and it comes instantly everytime :D

Eveything is correct on mine, it does say 48 hours so maybe they are busy or sumit

If the details are incorrect it won't process the request. It's normally sent instantly to the email address provided.

Hey There,

I have had this problom recently and still on going.

The password recovery system in the habbo help tool was down for the past week, and may still be down, i asked MOD-pants this morning and she said she will attach it to her shift report, she said stuff like check junk folders etc etc..

so the system still maybe down following what MOD-pants did say when i cfh'd at 7ish this morning.
