The dresses outline needs to be smoother and match the creases on the dress more & I think the darkest shade on the dress is a bit harsh, maybe make it slightly lighter. Not bad.

You could improve on the bottom of the dress.

I like the improvement I see I think you took my comments into consideration as the dress goes round a bit more smoothly but it can still be improved. :)
