how do i add a badge to a member on vbulletin (HELP)

hi just what it says in the title,

i want to add a badge to one of my members saying top poster with a crown on it its cool but i dont know how to ad it to a member

I haven't used vB for over a year now but I believe you need an awards system plugin :).
