So I decided to Pre-order the DVD as I wanted to re-watch it. I bought it on Amazon like a day before it was released on DVD and my thoughts are they didn't have enough time to deal with my order and send it out in-time for it to be considered a pre-ordered DVD.
So because of a clause they put in the terms of me purchasing I got £1.95 off the price, which made the DVD £7, which I feel is a very good price for a brand new DVD, especially one thats preformed so well in the Box office.
It arrived today, a day later than it should have, so I'm rather happy with the outcome.
Anybody else pre-order DVD's?

I didn't pre-order it but I did go and buy it on Monday since I never got chance to see it in the cinema. Was probably one of the better hp films imo, but the ending was so sad. :(

I got it yesterday for £6 from Morrisons. I thought it was really good, and its really fairly priced. I hadn't gone to the cinema to see it. I'm guessing they will put the price up for the second one, pulling people in and all :P

I pre-ordered it from Amazon and it arrived today. I ordered it on Sunday though and it came out on Monday, so I knew it wouldn't arrive until today at the earliest. It was £9 something when I pre-ordered it, but since it dropped in price once it was released Amazon gave me the money I otherwise wouldn't have had to pay. I find it's always a brilliant service with Amazon, unless they use HDNL to deliver your items.
pre-ordered it from amazon on saturday it was dispatched on sunday and i came today you can't complain with amazon free delivery! HMV is the only place i could get it over here and no doubt it would be about £17 because it's a monopoly rip off :) will be watching that tonight and adding it to all the other DVDs i have :D
I think my dad is buying it in Norwich at the ASDA there on the way back from work, think he said it was about a tenner. Not too bad I spose haha. Cant wait to see it tbh, I couldn't see it whilst it was in the cinema. :)

Pointless post? I think so.
Anyway, my mum bought me it, I love the film, saw it on the first day it came out. It's pretty sad when dobby dies though.

WTF is the point of pre-ordering? You get it a day earlier if that, it's not like it's gonna sell out everywhere.
I bought it yesterday for £8, 10% discount cos my sister works at Sainsbury's, Should of been £9

Well preordering also hosts any pre order which may be available, you dont have to use effort to go to a shop and getting it a day early is nice. Also it secures it so it doesn't sell it, you never know if it will or not. Oh also you may forget to buy it on release day (depending how far in advance you preorder)
Anyway I preorder, mostly games though like portal 2 for a nice £32. I've only preordered doctor who so I wouldnt forget to buy them lol.
it came like the day after I ordered it so i took it upon myself to watch it that night and the following night and i think i'll watch it again today :)!
