I just added the awards system on vbulletin how do i use it

I'm presuming you used 'Yet Another Awards System' correct? :P

All the settings are available in the Admin CP. If I remember rightly they should be under the tab 'Award System' - from there it is pretty straight forward. Just use the options on the menu to perform actions e.g. Add an award etc.

there is no award system tab and btw how do i install the award system i thought you did it by putting the files fromm teh admincp into the right folders and stuf could you tell me how to install in i feel stupid now

You'll find that the pre-zipped folders allow you to simply FTP it into your root directory, then you just have to add the product.
All of this is quite clearly detailed within the install.txt file you got from vb.org
