Right so firstly I did a update on my computer and now when I turn it on I get a choice of my two accounts and then I try and login with my Jacko account and then it says welcome and then it goes to logging off then I went on admin It logged in and then it only showed up with a blue screen?

I think it means hardware is faulty. Try taking out one part at a time - start with RAM Take one stick of RAM out at a time, and try turning it on each time. I had this problem - and it turned out to be one of my four sticks of RAM had gone - so once it was removed it worked.

Don't take my word for it, but this is what my problem was :)

That's not his Bluescreen. He gets no text at all. Never seen it myself.

it works in safemode but i can't use the webbie :(

Safe mode with networking?

And its a program or driver if it works in safe mode.

Which update was this? Was it one of the big ones Windows pushed through via Windows Update?
