On The Habbo Homes Guide, It Says
The new introduction of the Rating Widget is only available to Habbo Club members. You can place this widget on your Homepage and let other Habbos rate you on a scale of 1 to 5.
I believe that it's now changed to 'Rate The Page' not the Habbo :P
