I believe if you are on the "Awards" page then the descriptions for the navigation icons no longer comes up.

As in the shot, my mouse is over the search icon but no description of what it actually is appears.
Edit: The search drop down or whatever you want to call it does not appear while you are on the awards page either. You click it and nothing happens, not sure if it was suppose to be like that but yeah. :P
