For the first one all i can suggest is if you have skype;
View your settings etc,
Tools > Options > Audio Settings
Make sure the box that says 'Automatically adjust microphone settings'
Not saying this is 100% the problem but if that box is ticked, it can dramamtically effect your mic volume on air.

You might also oneday look at investing into a condenser.
Problem is most basic microphones aren't really designed for broadcasting although some will work better than others.
im starting to have second thoughts on if its the mics or the port... or audio setting or something cos i dnt beleive 3 mics can break in a day

It could be a lot of things. Have you got a friend with a computer you could test it out?
The big problem with radio broadcasting is it helps if everything is top notch.
As in I have a Rode NT1-A microphone with shock absorber, pop shield, stand which I got from a good friend who no longer needs it at £100 while it is worth £150-£200. However I don't get the full benefit from it as I'm using my on board Realtek HD Audio Sound card - It might be HD but it's a basic sound card which is built for really simply listening to audio. I do have a dedicated CMedia sound card but it's actually worse.
They don't work in my mums PC either so i have reserved: http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500002701&langId=-1&productId=1500916617
hopefully it works :)
