Even if we do get one in April! Large parts of the UK are warmer than the popular holiday resorts of Spain and Cyprus today and will be for the foreseeable future. Temperatures will soar into figures that would be expected of good days in July and August (26C+) and we might even break some records! Big thunderstorms on the way too for some areas and no end in site to the heatwave :D:D:D

I hate them I hate being to hot and to sweaty to move. I find it so annoying and unbearable, I just like it to be just right like in Spring not being too cold but not too warm just having the perfect weather.

Everyone seems to be slightly happier when it's summer weather. I only like it when there's a cool breeze as well though so it doesn't get too hot!
I LOVE IT
I LOVE YOU FOR TELLING ME IT'S NEVER GOING TO END

Well these temperatures look set to continue until at least Sunday but it's quite possible it'll be longer as the models change every few hours. Even now it shows a cool-down next week but temperatures would still be above average and it'd still be sunny but just not as hot. Like I said, it could be that it stays like this even after Sunday.

For the people moaning: if these sorts of weather synoptics occurred June-early September we'd be looking at widespread temperatures of 30C+, maybe even 35C+ in places (similar to August 2003 and July 2006).

It would be great if this was a sample of whats to come for this summer, there hasn't been a decent one for a while.

It is never hot 24/7 in this country.

I dislike the heat in England. It is ALWAYS horribly muggy.

thankfully up hear we get a good mixture. Being thoroughly scottish I hate deeply warm weather. It's okay if I'm off, then I don't need to worry... but when i'm off to work and i get asked by every second person i see "Oh, you're working today? wouldn't you love to be off?" while i'm standing there dripping sweat and cursing their mothers.
It's just not the nicest. Especially as my work's aircon is like a fart in an auditorium. does nothing for no one.

I hate hot weather haha, it's alright for a while but it makes me really tired and I feel ill if it's bad, idk why. I much prefer cold weather to hot weather, like i'd rather be in the snow than in the boiling hot sunshine :(.
I'm loving the weather at the moment but I've got the chills at the moment so I'm shivering like a freak when it's 24 degrees :@

1) Global Warming does not exist.
2) You sweat a lot because it is really muggy.

Lol. Obviously we are having global warming. It's either you don't know what's global warming or you have the thought that global warming does not exist. I sweat a lot cuz of the hotness and the sun. Not because it's muggy. lol

Global Warming does not exist. When you have an education, you will understand.

... I'm educated and I know global warming exists. Global warming involves the increase in temperature. If we don't have increasing temperature, then why we have so many news nowadays saying that the icebergs at the North Pole had split into two and melted? Why don't you fly to Malaysia and try and see if it's hot or not?

I genuinely laughed at that one. We are technically still in an ice age, Milankovitch cycles determine the climate over periods of thousands of years. The real problem is the hole in the ozone which is causing massive massive problems. Also melting polar ice doesn't make sea levels rise, rising temperatures cause seawater to expand which is why they rise. Also freshwater ice sheets (such as greenland), if those melt then we are royally screwed.
Wouldn't do us any harm to clean up our act a bit though....
Also, loving the weather

It's obvious you studied about it. I don't study about it but from what I know, that IS what's happening now. It's in my biology syllabus and that is ALL I know. If I need to know more, I'll decide after this year. :)
I understand there's no harm to it but you got me so confused with the facts you have now. But from what I know, it exists. FROM WHAT I KNOW.
I don't love the weather.. :(

30 degrees is not thaqt hot though. It is hot, but if the weather is not muggy or anything, I know for sure I wouldn't sweat massively. 30 degrees is not extremely hot.
Also, Global Warming is a failed theory.

Radiator off? Keep the door open... have a spaced out room maybe that's not all cramped, and put on less covers on the bed.

I SAID THAT ALREADY!!! I pointed out the reason nit would make you sweat so much is because it is so muggy (meaning unpleasantly warm/humid).
So, my post wasn't ironic at all. Yeah Malaysia is hot, but it is the humidity which makes it not nice.
omg i love this weather, been sunbathing like all day today :D x

When it's really humid and hot, I sleep on top of my quilt, window wide open, radiators off, fan on, and it's still sometimes too hot! My computer outputs a lot of the heat during the day (yes, I do have it off at night).

LOL? Why are you even arguing with him? I AM THE ONE WHO'S LIVING IN MALAYSIA! Malaysia is hot but the HUMIDITY DOESN'T MAKE IT NOT NICE. If it's humid, it's better and I know that! Don't ask me why! For God's sake, I live in Malaysia. Don't you trust those freaking Google or whatever unless you live in Malaysia too! Why is it so hard to communicate to you guys? When I say there's global warming, you must say there's no global warming. Why do you even care when it's so obvious you don't care about global warming? LOL. Weird.. I hate heatwaves. I like those moderate weather. not too hot not too cold.

There's a chance the heat will return this coming weekend, and with higher temperatures than the previous warm spell.
I prefer it when its warm.
I hate cold weather and too hot is just uncomfortable.
