There's some things that I can only do with prototype and some things that I can use jQuery. I'm slowly trying to move away from prototype as the effects are a lot smoother with jQuery. Just there's a lot to edit :(

I like it, HC has always had a unique feel to it in the first place. The way there's like two identical bars going all the way across is a bit odd to me and a hover effect when in the dropdown menus would be cushty.

There is an undying party in my pants for this site, Good luck.

Never been able to see it since.Well, we do get inspiration from other fansites. Like the radio player, is used on quite few non-english hotels.

At first I didn't like the bars, but they grew on me :)

I hate the bars, I think you'd be better putting a darker shade on the bars so theres a distinguished border, but still carries on. Could live with that I think. Also hate how theres no container around the top story boxes. :@ Apart from that, it's actually gorge.

Just a thought Jack, what about something like a ribbon wrap on the bars? Never seen it pulled off on a fansite, but looking at this it would be rather awesome.

That looks very nice :D! The only thing I don't like, is that the yellow bars stretch across the whole screen. I like the suggestion above about them being wrapped at the end like ribbons :P.

I like the animated pictures you have put into the site so there not just pictures that are staying still or nothing, it makes the site look very nice/tidy.

I don't think it is 'ripped' but certainly that is no coincidence.

Literally it is just one of them getting an idea off the other by the looks of it, the layouts are not exactly ripped.
