idk which ones would look best, i'm kinda thinking the octopus ones but, i'd still like to have an opinion. :)

Firstly, that dress is GORGEOUS.

Spacer-wise, the octopus ones do go better with the dress, but the others would also go with more so you could wear them more often. The anchors do go with the dress though...

I agree with Rose, the spirals will look much better with that dress. Plugs are a bit too casual and don't really add any class to an outfit unless you get like argyle designs or something lol

I must agree your dress is pretty hot, but with the earrings either go for the ones you have or something a bit more classy then plugs.
