Well it is easter, So I wouldn't expect a reply till Tuesday. Normally they will take around a week to answer your question. Your best bet is to wait until Friday!

They normally take around 2-7 days, but because of Easter i'm guessing you will get a reply later than that.
It also depends on how serious the ticket is.

As Jodan said, it's the holidays so it may take longer to reply as they might have more requests than normal.
