Clean URLs

Could we have clean URLs on the links? Basically so they can be made shorter instead of typing it all out as I use the ?username=name quite regularly.

Profile name URL: http://habboxforum.com/member.php?username=Skizzling > http://habboxforum.com/u/Skizzling
Profile ID URL: http://habboxforum.com/member.php?u=ID > http://habboxforum.com/id/ID (not sure)

Private Messaging:
http://www.habboxforum.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=31167 > http://habboxforum.com/pm/ID

And if possible, maybe allow people to insert the name instead of the ID?

I would LOVE this. When I want to find a offline user or see a banned one (not that I do that :|) I have to add them to ny members/friends list or whatever to find them.

mod rewrite would do it fine if it was to be done, although all the links would have to be changed within vbulletin.

Not necessarily. Nothing wrong with the default link being as it is now and is just accessible on the shorthand link. You could even do a redirect to the way it is now.
