Need Help with iFrames

I need help with an iFrame :(
I'm really stuck.
I have put the .html and image files in a .zip folder which can be found here (http://www.ian559.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/smiffla/v2/Siyt.zip).
There is also a readme to explain more
Please please please help. I'm desperate :'(
