I am amazed, there was 4 people from B4dge counting together and we all had the same amount (1053), but being 180 eggs out?!

The answer was originally 1053. The problem lies in with the badge groups, they were never going to give away thousands and thousands of VIP free, that practically cuts out a whole profit stream for a month.

There are cheaters amongst us. You know who you are (cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater). Unfortunately, we can't be sure which Habbos cheated and which spent hours and hours diligently counting colorful eggs. There were so many reports of Habbos going to other Hotels to find out how many eggs were in the Hunt and using so many, many clones. Too many to count and not any way to verify the accusations. There is no way for us to determine who cheated and who didn't, so a decision has been made to give out the badge, but withhold the VIP. It looks like this time, one bad apple does spoil the whole bunch.

So before you write in wondering where your bonus VIP is, just keep in mind that it will not be awarded due to those Habbos who decided to take the easy way out and ruin it for the ones who did all the hard work.

Cheaters NEVER prosper.

That statement from Habbo makes no sense, they say the reason they are not rewarding VIP is because people went to other hotels and got the answer but the answer on the other hotels wasn't actually the same as on the .com hotel, so they would of got it wrong.

Also they still haven't acknowledged their mistake or apologised.

Answer was clearly 1053. They won't give VIP because apprantly we could get the answers from foreign hotels (I didn't know this) - I assume they just don't want to lose out on a months revenue.

I did receive a badge - but it by no means means that they having corrected their errors. They should issue an apology and reward users with VIP as their expense - they do choose to offer it without realising that there are flaws, so it's their fault.

We should be compensated :).

It would be unfair to take the Dragon Egg away from the original winner, because it was Habbo's fault and not his/her fault. Habbo should, however, give us all VIP for getting the correct answer of 1053. If they are able to give VIP to everyone who said 873, then they should be able to give VIP to everyone who said 1053.

Habbo have accused all the clones of cheating and such when it wasn't the clones fault. It was the people who actually got 873 as an answer who were in the wrong as they looked on other hotels apparently. However, the ones who got 1053 was blamed apparently for cheating, I don't see how anyone who got 1053 can cheat as we got the right answer and on all the other hotels the answer was 873.

I found that HIGHLY unprofessional considering the lack of carefully constructed sentences in MANY of their news articles lately, too. They would have been much better holding their hands up, admitting a mistake and then simply issuing the draw (perhaps a second Dragon Egg) again for the people who submitted 1053.

Everyone keeps repeating that you can't shift blame onto the b4dge groups but really you can, they get a bit daft its fine when its a badge easily accessable but when its a badge some people spent ages counting for them to then just give the lazy ones the answer is kinda dumb, as for the people who answered 853 their the cheaters not us but yet their the ones who received VIP? Yeah great work Habbo.

Seems more of a trick, since too many people got it. I guess until habbo work out a way to stop people being able to 'abuse' the system, it will always happen though. They should stick to their word.
