Ok Im Uplaoding a File On Cpanel [ New Homepage ] And Its Ma Old One [ i Am Overwriting File Ma Old ONe Wont Go ] HELP

Have You Tried Deleting The Other Index?

when uploading click the box saying "Overwrite old file" :)

And Rare I Cant Find The Other Index :s

Contact Your Host, Because If You Can't Find Index Then It's obviously A Glitch.

Just name is index.html notice the lower case not Index.Html just index.html .

No, thats the CHMOD panel :') It's nothing to do with that. If the page index.html is created just copy and paste the new HTML into the edit file bit ;)
