Cult of the Rabbits! Quest and Walkthrough for one of the puzzle rooms

Dare to enter the rabbit hole!
A couple of days ago, we promised to report back with news on the mysterious Fungi that had popped up around the Hotel. Turns out, we've received a weird visitor. We're quite sure he's behind the Bunny Faces, too, and we believe he plans to turn us all into bunnies permanently!
We've tried stopping him, but he keeps on hopping away from us! Will you please help us find him?
FOLLOW THE LEADER
The only way to get to the Leader of the Rabbit Cult, is by conquering two very difficult challenges. These challenges will earn you the code words you need in order to get passed his Rabbit guardians.
Earn the first code word by walking the 'Path of the Bunnies'. Just make sure you step on the right tiles... Need clues on how to get across? Look for sticky notes! They're spread throughout the Rabbit Gardens and will map out your path.

Once you make it through, enter the poll and you will be given the first code word. (Please note that there are several 'Path of the Bunnies' rooms, so if one is full, try the next one!)
You'll find the second code word by completing the 'Mushroom Challenge'. Jump from mushroom to mushroom without touching the grass! One of the mushrooms will take you across the barrier to the next teleport. Go through the teleport, enter the poll and you'll get the second code word. (Please note that there are several 'Mushroom Challenge' rooms, so if one is full, try the next one!)
Got both code words? Then go find the leader of the Rabbit Cult!

For each challenge you successfully complete, you'll get an exclusive Mushroom Badge. If you get through both challenges and find your way to the Rabbit Cult leader, we'll give you a third Mushroom Badge! Keep in mind, this means you'll have to respond to all three polls. Scroll to see the badges below!
In addition, we'll be giving out a Mega Shroom and two Mushroom Walls to 50 lucky Habbos that get through this entire challenge unharmed!

Mushroom one is random and different depending on where the proper seat moves to, so you need lots of luck

I really don't get this. I have entered 3 polls, 2 of them gave me a code word each. One of them did not.

What do I do with the 2 keywords, and what was the other poll about!

I really don't get this. I have entered 3 polls, 2 of them gave me a code word each. One of them did not.

What do I do with the 2 keywords, and what was the other poll about!

First two challenge rooms you had to do, gave you a poll at the end of it to get 2 words that when combined give:
Bunny Run

After you done both those rooms, you go back through from whatever room u did last and go to the southern tele and say the word in the next room to clear a path to the final room to win another badge. And overall its 3 badges you get in total

I completed this, the mushroom one was luck.

Yeah utter luck, took me 30 mins to get past it. And as for the path one, some1 was saying out that image link in the spoiler so i thought why not share it here to help

If you look on stickies in rooms, it does actually tell you the route.

Yeah but its easier to have a image of the route rather than remember whats on the stickies

There have been plenty of forgotten competitions (jungle poem, *cough*) I am kinda on Habbos side from a business point of view, giving that many people VIP would have been devastating for them.
