Firstly, A user wishes to verify their Habbo account and enable trading but doesn't know how. How would you explain what to do to them? Trading is always enabled so maybe change that in the application, I understand some people may not know that it's on all the time now and you don't have to spend an hour on the hotel have an account three days old or have a verified email. So maybe give another question or just say how to verify their habbo account (I did in my trial.)

Also, I won an HxHD easter award and was wondering if it was requested as I got 27 in the Bunny event and (I think) I received a point and 2 hc sofas but not the award.

And, the 'Questions/Queries about Habbox' > [HxHD] Habbox Help Desk still says Search xxMATTGxx :)

Oh god I didn't even think of that - I just used the same question which is always used on applications :P. I'll change it to "When you needed a trading pass, how did you get one?" or something now so that everyone's still had to answer the same thing. Cheers Sam :)
