I wasn't very good at runescape.. -.- I got the task and I pretty much never understood it :P
I went on a couple of retros for RS and I understand it now, it's just back on the real RS it made no sense to me.

Well with slayer you get given a task e.g 112 iron dragons, you have to go kill 112 iron dragons to complete the task, each monster you kill you get a bit of slayer exp depending on the monsters level. After you finish the task you go back to get another which could be 156 fire giants. Slayer tasks difficultly vary depending on the slayer master you get the task from, some of the harder slayer masters require quests, combat level and/or slayer levels to get a task from. It is highly recommended to get tasks from the master your a few levels higher then to make it easier for your self. When going slayer enchanted gems allow you to check how many more kills you have to do, some armour like slayer helmets and black masks give you combat bonus's while doing a slayer task. Some slayer monsters need special items to finish them off or to protect your self from there special effects.
