Ive refreshed many times and im using chrome:

Yeah that happened with me, though once I had entered it, it did fix itself :)

I'm on Chrome and I'm getting the same problem, was about to post it :P.

It is because your browser is using a cached version of the styles CSS sheet. It should work eventually if you keep refreshing, or perhaps tried clearing your cache.
