Raise Signature image width limit

I've noticed that the current Signature image width maximum (700px) is a little bit over the top nowadays, considering 85.1% of people are using a screen of resolution over 1024x768 and only 0.6% people with a resolution of 800x600 (http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_display.asp) (the only people to be affected by such a change). It's been this limit for ages and probably made sense at first but screens are super wide nowadays.

It would't hurt to increase height either, although that poses more of a navigation difficulty with endless scrolling for short screens.

I disagree with increasing the 300px height, as I personally feel that it's more than enough. As for the width, I certainly think that an increase should be considered. When I had my Habbo forum, the width limit was 750px, and I think that's fair :P.

I'm inclined to think this too, but I felt there was no point leaving it off the table entirely.

Hmm, on some thinner skins (although this is why I don't like thin skins) the issue is that the 700px already goes outside the boundaries of the skin and onto the background - particularly in PMs.

I personally think the size of the signatures are more than fair. Imo they're actually too big.

700x300 is far more than enough, I mean the GMs always use them, they're huge and there's no need for them to be that big.

naw 700x300 is pretty adequate. anything more would just overwhelm the page.

e.g my sig is 700x300 and it takes up quite a lot of space on the page.

It wasn't that long ago that the sizes were raised for quite a few of the rankings and I also think they are fine especially the 700px limit as the majority of the members don't even seem to use up their allowance here. :)

I think the sizes are fine tbh, if we started increasing all the time to be inline with Screen Sizes and resolution we would find ourselves with some very large signatures on our hands.

If you use the full 700x300 it's pretty big already!

It's not often I have a 700 x 300 signature because it just looks tacky if it's a Habbo graphic and it's just too big. Although, I do like having the freedom to put what you want in it, so it's more of a symbol in my opinion, rather than actually taking advantage of it. The size is fine as it is, imo.

I had a look and honestly don't see a problem with the current width limitations. Put up with it, everyone else has to.
