I have always wondered how a blind person picks out clothes or like simple things to decorate their house ect? I really admire blind people because I wouldn't be able to cope being blind it sounds quite scary.

Eye guess blind people just have a different perspective when it comes to choosing clothes.

Intentional pun about eye?

"Eye guess" :)

I'm sure that they have a helper or they've learnt over the years.

I'm no expert around Blind People but I'm sure they aren't too fussed about what they wear or what furniture they have in their house as long as it's appropriate and does it's job.

I guess they just have a helper to do those sort of things for them. I guess the blind person could actually describe what they're looking for to make things easier.

not all blind people are completely blind. There's this girl at my school who just has to wear red-tinted glasses (i assume it means things are a bit more visible).

this, a lot of blind people aren't actually fully blind and so can see bits and bobs but not everything

I don't see how wearing those shades makes anything better haha, surely they work like sunglasses, although I believe some are to hide the blind persons eyes or to stop migraines and what not.

But yeah like they said, guides, helpers, not totally blind, or it's magic.

I thought those tinted glasses where for people with dyslexia to help them with reading? :S

I'd imagine they would get people to help them, but with regards to clothes and decoration, they might fixate on texture as opposed to colour; and when colour is an issue, they get someone to help them decide, like a personal assistant etc.
