There have been several changes to the staff system within HxHD which will hopefully help the department to improve.

The first change is the return of a senior staff role! Congratulations to the following who are now HxHD Senior Staff:

The new role is a mixture of the old SS and TL roles. Each senior staff have their own group who they will manage along with me. Other roles they have include: helping me with the overall running of the department, organising and planning HxHD events, being involved in management decisions/discussions, helping out with trialists and just generally helping to improve and promote the department overall. Sectional and Sophie will be mainly focused around the BST side of the desk whilst Nick will be helping to expand the AEST side of the desk and kaylin the EST side. Congratulations and good luck!

The rest of the department has expanded too and I'm pleased to welcome the following trialists to the department:

Congratulations to all of you and good luck on your trials.

Unfortunately, iAndy- has failed is HxHD trail. We thank him for all the hard work and effort he's put in to the department and wish him luck in the future.

On a brighter note, -toxicflames has passed her HxHD trial and is now full HxHD staff. Well done!

Thank you to everyone who applied as a HxHD trialist and please don't feel disheartened if you didn't get in - people were selected for a number of different reasons so if you didn't get in this time please do apply again next time.

Congrats all new trialist's and to the new Seniors :)

It would be better calling it "Super Staff" rather than "Senior Staff"... it seems much more "Habbox Help Desky" to me :P
Could anyone enlighten me as to what extra privilages "Senior Staff" get? Do they see an extra section of the HxHD Staff Only forum...? Are they the only ones with rights? How will this work? :)

Well done to the new trialists and "promotions" nontheless! :)

Mainly we help out with the feed back and a bit of the reports. We also have a group of staff to watch over so mainly we are "bosses" in a way, Then we give feed back in a forum that helps roxy with the trials.

Congrats all! :) although I don't like the word "bosses", doesn't give people the right impression lol, I thought you guys were team leaders?

This department really seems to be 'cooking on gas' so well done to all the staff involved and Roxy! :D

Well done Senior Staff but like matt said, Super Staff sounds better and that's what it used to be.

Damn, if all these people pass, there are going to be heaps of people with rights.

Initially, when I read this announcment (a minute ago), all I could think was:
"YAY NICK." I'm glad my reccomendation has paid off.

Also, lol. Shaz got a trial. :O

I'm glad the senior role was brought back, it's gonna work soooo much better again! A lot of new staff, good luck all and well done seniors!

Well done new staff and especially well done to the new super staff. Retaining to some of you and being promoted to superstaff, it was about darn time :)

I believe it was more the wording of the title which Martin has had changed to "Senior Help Desk Staff" although I may present an argument for it being called "Team Leader" The purpose of it not being Super Staff is it is in no way related to the old role of Super Staff.
