Right so like 3 days ago we upgraded to SimplexWebs hosting. We moved from freehosting.com and it took 2 days to merge onto the new host. Yesterday we made a retro for TeamHabbo aswell. The day after that a nice "How embarrassing screen" came up. I'm like WTF. I'll give simplex *REMOVED* embarrassing within *REMOVED* 3 days of getting their hosted, We're suspended??!!? Also why should I contact there help team, I don't want to have a nice conversation, I want my site back! If anyone works for simplex please reply.

So your telling me there support is "VERY helpful". What when it takes like 4 hours for a reply? And when you do get a reply its a bunch of ********, So I don't know what you mean by "VERY helpful".

But you ignore the fact that it is your own fault.
Whenever i have needed help the Live support is always there, I'm guessing this is your first paid host, and you pay probably £2 a month. Grow up.

You've broken their TOS by hosting illegal content. (You've avoided the forum filter too, to add insult to injury!) Customers such as myself who abide by it get incredibly fast support the majority of the time.

This. Whenever I've required support I've always received it within an hour, no matter what the time. You have broken their TOS (https://www.simplexwebs.com/terms) and consequently have been suspended. I don't really understand why you are so surprised...

Whenever I've contacted the support i've always got a reply quickly as well. Also with companies I wouldn't really say waiting 4 hours for a reply was that long...anyway like other people have said you have broke their terms and rightly so they suspended you :p

No, they use offshore hosting which allows it to run, you cant run a hotel from shared hosting anyway, you need a VPS

Retro hosting isn't illegal, Sulake ***** and moan about it but they can't actually do anything about it.

Y'know I'm pretty sure one of those rent a server from a friend of mine. I highly doubt they use simplex it's not a large host.

You should always check terms before signing up to anything anyway's and if something isn't answerd in them contact them. Saves a lot of hassle.

Next time learn to read the TOS. I'd suspend you in Simplex's situation. Oh, also, Simplex has one of the best support response times I've come across.
