Starts tonight at 9 then on tomorrow at 9 and each following Wednesday for 10 weeks.

I'm looking forwards to this years series, the cast look very entertaining hopefully can even top last years in entertainment value:)

Yes very exciting. 1) It's the apprentice! :P 2) New prize meaning a new ideal candidate Lord Sugar is looking for and it'll be interesting reflecting on his views when they'd be working with Lord Sugar but also in previous series where the candidate would be working for him and I wonder if anything will change because of this (although I'm sure it will!). Gonna be fun to watch!

It's going to be a good one I think. There are already some simmerings of discontent in the girls

WHAT THE HECK THE BOY'S APP WAS SO MUCH BETTER... :S:S:S What a load of rubbish!! The girl's app had pretty much no features whereas the boy's had so much. They went out and took photographs of a guy, they did better in two of the pitches and it was a much better idea! :(

Oh and the guy in the pitch was so wrong. Regional accents are not a race, so it's not "racial sterotypes" - sterotypes like that should be recognised and rewarded. What's an issue if you can't laugh about it? :P

Glad Leon didn't get fired. He lead well, he was just unlucky. The guy that DID get fired (can't remember his name) didn't do ANYTHING either week. Although the boy's app was a lot better, so I don't know how they lost - especially when they were 2,000 up after 6 hours. :/

That made me laugh when Jim talked Leon out of taking him to the firing line, I don't think I've ever seen that before. So far I believe the right candidates have left the process.

I'm not so keen on Gavin, he always seems pee'd off when he's not chosen as Project Manager and I think he has a negative effect on the team. Next week I think he'll be leading and ultimately get fired :)

It's nearly as bad as the accountant who didn't use his financial skills in episode 1.

I thought this task was quite hard for the lads and I guess they have to count their selves lucky not to be brought into the firing line. I mean Leon found it incredibly awkward to sell the product as he's a male. It's not something they do everyday but what they do is sell things. When Jim offered to massage a customer he walked in the room with huge passion saying "Four hands are better than two!" At this moment I cringed knowing that Jim is basically offering to massage a male. I don't know if it was just me but I found it hard to watch when Jim was giving that massage, I couldn't control my laughter!

I think Felicity was right to go. She didn't lead the team and didn't take Tom's advice about the location which, at the end of the day, was vital.

From the first four episodes I think that the ones to watch are Jim, Tom and Edna.

Susan was really annoying ugh. Leon's sale techniques were pretty funny though, I think he'd do quite well.

From presumptions i've seen around the internet next week..
The losing team will be the one with Vincent as PM and he will bring two girls to the boardroom both girls (Susan and another) but consequently he will be fired due to trying to strategise. I also back this up because I know Lord Sugar has being keeping an eye on him plus it kind of makes sense.
An outcome I will be happy with, :)

I don't know what made me think Jim wouldn't be very good, but he's surprisingly decent; perhaps it's the accent which puts me off him. I still can't work out whether Zoe is any good... her accent annoys me too but she seemed to bring the task around last night on the second day.

Susan annoys me so much, she's just like a child. I absolutely hate it when someone happens to disagree or say something negative about her, and she always puts on a moody, sulky, childish face; just like she can't accept any negative comments. She's way too petty and wouldn't be a good apprentice. I still think Melody has won this, or Leon actually. Melody mmmmm hot.

The failure of the task came down to two factors:

1. The name of the magazine
2. The pitches

It was Zoes fault that the name was what it was. Maybe Jim should have taken Zoe back into the board room on that basis.

But the first pitch where Jim refused to negotiate a price was probably the swinging factor. I agree with Jim that the clients didn't like the name so it was a lost cause but who knows.

They didn't get rid of Jim because they see more potential in him rather than glen. I mean, Jims added more to this series overall rather than glen, if anyone else had done what Jim had done, they would've gone. He's got some sort of charm, where he can play people how he wants to, and when they got in the board room, he completely cuts all friendships and goes for the slaughter. He'll get fired at the interview stage, but I want him to reach the final.

Alan Sugar is a bit of a prat though lol Obviously to him it is all about the TV.

Susan's seemed to make the most sense and had the biggest potential to me, so gutted she didn't win, but I am glad Alan Sugar said she would go places. He didn't say that to any of the others and hearing it from Lord Sugar must be a great morale boost, not that she needed it. I'm willing to bet she will go places though, she'll make it and I wish her all the best.

Jim and Helen's proposals seemed a bit vague and they were really rude to Susan, so I am glad neither of them won. Tom on the other hand seemed a genuinely nice guy throughout and was never overly smug. Happy he won.
