For the teams you support, and the teams you follow!
AFC Telford are the team I support, down in the Conference North - We finished 2nd, and have made it through to the playoff final(which is tomorrow!)

Are you off to see the PO Final?
Orient at a superb season, finishing seventh (in League One). Really good season, shame to see our top goal scorer get released, but 'In Slade We Trust'

Yes mate, the way it works at our level is the highest place team in the league gets home advantage in the playoffs - so finishing second, and getting to the final means we are at home :).
Stupid? yes. but, the conference lost out on money when the final was at a neutral ground. But, hopefully after tomorrow we will be back in the conference, where we belong!
Ah, yeah you didn't have a bad season! I also follow Peterborough, have done for years now - just keeping an eye on their results.
And I was born in Glasgow, so I'm a Rangers fan at heart - so hopefully they win the title tomorrow!
Sunday - Telford win the Playoffs, Rangers win the league & Peterborough win the playoff semi final first leg ;)
EDIT:

Started well, then faded unfortunately! Need wolves to conceded again and you'll be out the bottom 3(i think!) I ******* hate wolves!
SCFC got into N-Power Championship play-offs. Played the first leg of their first game against Nottingham Forest and drew 0-0.
I was going to do a thread like this after the season had fully finished... but anyway...
SUFC ... Relegated to League One & with the way we played this season we did deserve to go down ...
Hoping that Roberto Di Matteo will be the manager to get us back to the Championship.
Inseriousity.

Middlesbrough. Had a rocky start and were at the bottom of the table for a while but we've managed to end on a high note :D. I'll be interested to see if this winning streak will continue into next season!
Everton had a sorta, nothing special season imo. Few ups, few downs but a respectable 7th place, even if we did lose to West Brom (:() today.
Arsenal - Hmm its had its ups & downs... more downs than ups!
We got to Carling cup final but lost. Birmingham
Knocked Out Of FA Cup. Man United
Knocked Out Of Champions League. FC Barcelona
3rd In The Premier League ATM. we may even end up 4th.
Well... Fabregas may be going to Barcelona so we got a bit more £ to spend this summer. Wilshere has had a great season so he'll hopefully continue into next season playing the way he does. Nasri is defo Player of the season. He has been performing well, creating chances, taking chances, scoring goals. Van Persie has also had a good season despite injury. Djourou & Sagna have had a good season. Scezny i think has had a rocky season but he is still gaining EXP so that all good... not really much left to say apart from. BRING ON ANOTHER YEAR

aw hope you win.
Norwich had an amazing season getting back to back promotion to the Premier League. The bookies will write us off but we'll stay up for sure.

Re; Arsenal - You haven't got any big players like a few years ago, no real leader either - unfortunately.

Boro ended really well, did they manage to claw themselves into the top half?
Egh, in stark contrast, we had an awful end to the season, and from possible automatic promotion candidates, we finished 7th. It's this time where you look back at the points dropped, and the two home games around christmas stand out to me. 3-1 Up vs Portsmouth with about 20 minutes to go, draw 3-3. 2-0 Up vs Leicester with about 25 minutes to go, 2-2. Those 4 points would've been enough :/
HOWEVER, if you'd have offered me 7th at the start of the year, I'd have gladly taken it, so let's hope we can build our defence and push on next year.
Reading are my tip for the play offs.

We've had a strange season to say the least. We've not lost a home game all season but we've only picked up 14 points (if my mathematical assumptions are correct) on the road (5 wins 10 draws) and in some of those matches we were lucky to even get a point. We've dropped unnecessary points this season against Villa (2-2), Fulham (2-2), Everton (3-3) and Birmingham (1-1) but still managed to win our 19th trophy over taking Liverpool's record.

Liverpool -
Well, lets put it this way. If Daglish had been hired over Hodgson, I reckon we could've put up a fight for the title & some of the cups. HOWEVER:
Hodgson failed as a manager, we were in 10th when Dalglish took over, not even contemplating a Europe spot.
Dalglish came in, bought a Carroll & Suarez and we climbed rapidly back up. It's a shame he didn't come earlier but never mind.
Carling Cup - Absolutely abysmal by Hodgson, losing to NORTHAMPTON...I mean come on. I think if Dalglish had been in charge we'd have got through a lot further, certainly beaten Northampton, possibly won it.
FA Cup - Close match lost to Man U, Dalglish's first match in charge I believe, he did well with a poor team, and he learnt from his mistakes. I can't blame him for losing although I was disappointed. Next year I reckon we have a chance.
Europa League - Should've beaten Braga, and there aren't many excuses for that, bad luck maybe? But Dalglish and the team were unlucky, but we didn't play our best to be fair. Next year we definitely have a shot.
Premiership - 1st half of the season - dreadful. 2nd half - improved dramatically but I reckon there's still room for more improvement. However we showed how much we had improved by beating Man U & Chelsea. 3-1 and 1-0 respectively. We should get 5th as long as we win today.
Overall, a disappointing season which could've been different had a different manager been appointed over Hodgson, but it's over & done with now and I'm hoping for a trophy next season.
