Do you or a family member or friend do drugs or smoke?

My mom smokes and has done others on the occasion and I am furious at her when she does and my brother does all the time with his friends and they make the house smell horrible. I don't myself I don't want to get cancer and die!!

My dad and nan smoke. They smoke like all the time and I'm always angry about that. But, they just don't care about my health and my feelings. They don't even quit for me, my mother and my brothers' sake. I hate them for doing that. :'(

I used to but not for a long time now! My uncle smokes and my auntie as well that's about it in my family! I wouldn't really take drugs myself after a family member died cause of an overdose! :P Shame drugs are so freely available here tbh.

lol all my aunts/uncles/granparents/male cousins/a brother & my dad smoke. i have a massive family so it's kinda hard to resist though none of the girls have except me. i smoked regularly for around 2 years but not anymore. only one of my closest friends smokes and the only one i know who does drugs like shes the only one who's taken cocaine a few have tried weed. my others friends don't smoke at all. i'll have 2 or 3 cigs at the weekend but not every time. haven't taken anything but weed in 2 years and last time i took weed was last june sooo. don't get anything out of it. uhh my brother takes drugs and a few of my older male cousins do too.

oh yeh i was out last night with my aunt for her 50th and her mates have smoked years and they look good lol, better than my mum whos a non-smoker. there's one who's 69 and looks about 40 odd imo

My mom smokes but she only smokes one or two smokes a day and she does it on her balcony in her room. She doesn't smoke in the house because she says that's disgusting, and she stopped smoking in the car because that makes it smell. My dad smokes too, he's really active but he enjoys a smoke every so often. My dad used to come drop my laundry off at school last year I'd grab it from truck and I'd ask him for a smoke and he'd give it to me, my friends were like you asked your dad for a smoke? (most of their parents didn't know they smoked or hated the fact that they did) I'd be like yeah.. why not? I cut back to 5 smokes a day, it's been going great.. I've actually only had 3 today and might try for 2 tomorrow..

As for drugs, I smoke pot and I have used cocaine and ecstasy before. My parents and I are very open about this stuff, both of my parents admitted to using cocaine and ecstasy in the past. They warned me about using ecstasy because they had a friend OD because of bad pills, so I haven't done it since. As for the cocaine, they told me not to let it get out of control so I took a break from it. As for smoking weed, my dad still smokes and I've found hash and a pink pipe in my moms nightstand before and when confronted she told me it was "to help her sleep" LOL

My dad and aunt smoke. My dad finds it too hard to quit and he's tried numerous times but personally I don't think he has the willpower and determination.

I've been offered cigs but all times I've said no and I don't plan to smoke because it's disgusting and vile. :P

My grandma smokes quite a lot and it worries my dad but hey ho it's her choice, no one else in my family smokes. My mum and dad used too but mum gave up when she was pregnant with me and dad gave up a few years later.

I haven't smoked and I don't intend too.

my mum started smoking again after like 15 years of quitting. After much moaning from me and my sister, she had a few fail attempts of getting off because patches giver her mouth ulcers but she has been off them for a few months now. my aunts have always smoked but they have quit recently too =] Don't ereally have any smoker friends. Part from like 1 uni one who kept it hidden from us for like a year until I ran into him when he had lit up.

I know some of my friends smoke, some just at parties - a fair few of them have taken drugs at least once. As for parents, they smoke and I know they've taken drugs before years ago. I myself personally haven't smoked or taken drugs as I haven't ever felt the urge to despite being offered a few times.

Where do they get their cigs from? I highly doubt yr 7s could get cigs unless they have irresponsible parents or older siblings.

A guy was stoned in my history class last week >_> The thing is, nearly all my friends from primary school now smoke/do drugs, and the only reason I'm not like them is because I got into the top classes. If I hadn't tried I fear I would be the same.

loll the days of 50p for a ***, i remember everyone used to go down by the tennis courts at school for them, but then basically every lunch or whatever there would be a teacher around there permanently so everyone moved to behind the sports centre which was joint on, but then they blocked that bit off

I wasn't bragging I was stating what I believe is the main cause of my current situation. I was quite popular in primary school and had a big group of friends who mostly go to my school. But I wasn't put in their forms and they got friendly with 'cool' people and didn't try and got put into lower sets. If I hadn't been in top sets I think I wouldve kept my friendships with them and ended up smoking myself tbh. I wasn't trying to be superior.

And actually, if your child is smoking at 14/15 it is bad parenting. how can you say its not? You should lay down early on that smoking is bad and try everything to prevent it? And how are they getting the cigs? And why are they smoking? Fair enough if they're 16 because they can legally smoke but any younger and you should be trying to stop them as much as possible.

god parenting isn't that easy and simple  kids will be kids. they'll be curious and want to experiment with things. obviously it is wrong to be smoking at such a young age - but there's only so much parents can do.

Buying them from older students.. I've seen kids going round selling cigs loads of times.. They also sell cans of pop and sweets. Something for everyone..!

My brother is hooked on skunk. People think it's cool to try or smoke just because others are doing it. My brother was working for the family business on £13 an hour tax free. Huge wage he was taking every week. Then this skunk factory made **** started rotting his brain and he became a violent monster, totally changed. Hes had fights with everyone, brang offensive weapons and basically everyone has neglected him. So if you wanna start skunk/weed I recommend you don't.

I don't smoke; it's an unattractive bad habbit and a waste of money. I've tried few pulls of different brands Silk Cut, Marlboro I just can't see why people want to smoke, it damages your health, your pocket and it tastes horrible..

Due to a baggage mistake at the airport once, we ended up with a suitcase FULL of cigarettes. Worth like 3x the value of the clothes in the case we lost. So I sold them in school for 3 for a £1 and made a few hundred quid, hahaha!

My mum used to smoke all the time, she's cut down to the odd one a week now. My grandad used to smoke plenty, but after being hospitalised he quit. My sister smokes.

I've smoked once or twice at partys/with friends etc, but I never enjoyed it, so I don't smoke. Personally I hate cigarettes, the damage they do is just unbelievable. A lot of my friends smoke, as much as I disagree, I understand it's their choice and whatever.

I smoke weed more than I drink alcohol. I go through about a quarter a week (which is about £50). All my mates smoke weed at partys, so obviously I always get in the rotation (and normally start it, R.R trolololol). I also smoke a lot at home and watch documentaries hahaha. I used to smoke a lot in school too, but I wasn't silly, I always smoked before crappy classes, or at dinner, so it didn't mess with my education :) although we did smoke lots once before our last exam, and I didn't understand what was going on, and I can't remember if I answered any questions. It was only statistics though. Hopefully I got a high mark TROLOLOLOLOL.

Does Alcohol count? Well, I drink a bit of partys, but I'd prefer to smoke weed at parties, because I prefer being high than drunk, and it's a hell of a lo healthier!

I also smoke salvia regularly, and have tried shrooms.

I've never dropped acid, but would like to.

I'd never touch coke, meth, heroin, or any proper harmful drug.

what extract you smoke?

do you mean strength?

if so, 10/15x if we're just chilling, or sometimes 40x if we want to really trip. I'm still waiting to try 60x.

Rightttttt and my dad's mr blobby

It's not that unbelievable. I'm not actually ashamed to last year, when Mephedrone was still legal, I had a serious problem with it. I'd take it almost everyday :( I got kicked out of my house and lost my job. It was awful

I know a lot of people who smoke weed, its ok to do it once in a while instead of everyday like they do. I have no idea if they do other stuff too. ;/

i smoke but it's literally 3 or 4 a week. i don't smoke straights (i.e brands like marlboro/b&h etc) because i prefer to roll my own, tobacco such as golden virginia just tastes SO much nicer and it waaaay cheaper, a 12.5g pack i bought in JUNE for around £3 still lasts and is only about half full as of today.. august. also i can see why weed is relaxing or whatnot but people who smoke it all the time.. some of my friends would rather sit around smoking weed than going to a pub/club which imo is just incredibly boring and anti social.

I have smoked about 2 or 3 cigarettes. My auntie used to be an alcoholic and has now recovered but she still smokes.

Dad - No longer a smoker
Brother 1 - No longer a smoker
Brother 2 - Smokes
Brother 3 - Smokes + cannabis
Me - Never smoked
Sister - Never smoked

4 or 5 of my aunts and uncles smoke. Also, two cousins (one from each side of the family) used to be drug addicts and each ended up stealing from their family.

I've never gone above 20x myself (only done it once, full on hallucinogenic drugs - except for methoxetamine - aren't fot me, it's horrid not being in control) but I know people who have had some seriously awful experiences at 60x

Very fiendy, quite a lot of the current RCs are fiendy. Methoxetamine and Mephedrone take the biscuit there. Taking this to VMs

I don't, some of my friends and family do though. I guess if you get used to it you don't realise or consider the harmful effects.

Only 2 people in my family smoke:

. My mum - smokes, not around my sisters though.
. My grandad - smokes a lot - he tried cutting down/stopping - didn't work x_x so I get a lot of 2nd hand smoke from him.

I..am going to admit..i've smoked 3 times In my life >_> 1st time - to see how it was , 2nd and 3rd time - stress. I never got addicted though, all 3 occasions, the length of time between them was long.

Change to what I posted here. My flatmates all smoke which is depressing since I'm the only one who does exercise cuz they can't run 2 minutes.

My sister also smokes now and has been cut off from the whole family, including me. She deserves it. :)

@Conservative It's not bad parenting you can't wrap your children in cotton wool and their friends do play part of their influences too not just the parents the majority of young people try smoking due to peer pressure or because their friends do and they want to experiment with it - my mum and dad told me constantly from a young age how disgusting smoking is and my dad smokes but I now smoke myself and it hasn't made my mum or dad any worse parents at the end of the day they can't stop me from doing it..

my mum and dad used to smoke, then they gave up after my brother got ill from the smoke, then my mum and dad split up :( and they started smoking again, like y-zee said my mum and dad wont quit smoking for me either they just dont give a **** all they say is 'its helping me calm down' considering its been about 5 years since they parted:P also my dads new girlfriend smokes, which is probably encouraging him into doing it more. :(

My Dad smokes and we have had arguments about it throughout my life. I think our relationship would be better if he didn't smoke. My Mum used to smoke but stopped when I was three when my Gran died. My Grandad also smoked but stopped when his wife died too. My Dad was the only one who wasn't effected by the fact he had a new baby and his Mum had died. My boyfriend smokes but he swears that he'll stop when we think about starting a family. I worry that he won't and it will cause problems between us in the future.
