I keep getting these annoying texts from a guy I gave my number to ages ago. I was wondering if there is a way to block specific numbers on the iPhone 4? +Rep for good answers :)

I very much doubt you can, I believe it's done through your network provider. Type into Google "Blocking numbers x"

x = your network provider

Contact your network.

You can do this on Android...

I tried to do this before, apprently you gotta jail break it then down load this app, I didn't want to do this to my phone and I doubt you will to mark :) Other than that I'd contact your network.

surely theres an app to filter it, on android you can get tons of apps that do this.

I would ring up your mobile provider up and explain the situation. They should be able to block the number.
