Headset problem/TV sound problem

Greetings, I have a Turtlebeach PX21 and long story short, the TV sound through the AV cables does not work but the sound from the USB does work. My gut instinct is that some cable has come loose internally but I posted just to check anyway.

Right I just checked both inputs of AV before posting and neither work, and I have tried 2 cables. I will try another one later but is there any problem that there could be? My PS3 sound settings were on AV too so it's probably not that.

Also, if it helps, my headset made this annoying buzz for a while (when it all started).

I'm taking a shot in the dark here, it could be a faulty headset. Select the multichannel setting on the ps3. Other than them 2, I got nothing
