Help with furni collector achievement +14 rep

Right,

I put all the furni I had down in one room and got the achievements so far... I then picked it all up.... Now i have some NEW furni, different types and want to drop it in the same room ...

Why hasn't my amount of 'different' furni in a room changed?

You should be sure to put it in the big 750 tiled room; as when I didn't the badge didn't go up; all the furni needs to be in the same room.

Have you put the furni you originally had down in? If not it will not work.

You need to have a good 300-400 different types of different furniture (I don't know the exact number). It all needs to be placed all in one room. You'll defo need a v9 room. :)

It is empty atm, do I need to put just one of each furni back down for it to work?

yeah you need the total amount of different furni in the room at one time

I think you only need to put the new furniture down for it to increase, but it has to be in the same room. It worked like that for me anyway, or at least I think it did :P.

Happened to me.. I put about 200 furni down in my room, thne picked it all up.. for it to increase you need to place down 200 furni and then after that it'll start to increase.

Same applies for furni collector, I believe that all different types of furni need to be placed in the same room, don't pick them up until you have the XX badge lol

It will don't worry! :) Everything you own in one room. It'll go up, if you have enough stuff of course!

Just wanted to add it will work with any room that you can fit the 384 different types of furni in. Then again I did have lots of different posters that made a 3rd of my furni count for the XX achievement.

make sure all the different types of furni stay down, if you pick up and replace it, then it wont go up.
Also alot of ppl forget posters do count too, use a big room, you need to place 384 different types of furniture to get the XX acheivement.

Take the Biggest Room. And Put the furni in it. Try stacking small stuff upon tables etc. if the space is less :)
