Hotmail account not working - won't open emails

My main Hotmail account doesn't seem to be working I can log in but can't open any emails, I get given the error message:

"Windows Live Hotmail was not able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report"

Weirdly my other account works. I tried my main account in Chrome and Internet Explorer and have had no use have also tried rebooting and clearing the cache.

Anyone know what this could be?

A server side error, try again tomorrow. Your different accounts may be stored in different locations.

It seems like a Beta security suite is the problem. It did cross my mind but when my other account appeared to work I gathered it wasn't, but other testers have noticed it.
