Lady GaGa is known for outrageous designs. One time she wore a meat-dress! How insane is that?! Could've had a barbecue and it does save money on those annoying plastic plates, I suppose. For this competition, you're going to turn into fashion designers (hence the FaFa if you didn't get it)! Describe an outrageous and wacky dress that Lady GaGa would wear! No boring 'blue strapless dress', it has to be insane! The wackiest dress will win! Good luck!
